6. Safety and Participant Requirements
Kitesurfing and wingfoiling are adventure sports that involve inherent risks, including but not limited to falls, collisions, equipment-related incidents, water conditions, wind conditions, and other risks associated with water-based activities.
Participants must:
- Follow all instructions given by instructors and staff.
- Follow applicable safety rules and procedures.
- Use safety equipment as instructed.
- Inform instructors of relevant experience or lack of experience.
- Inform staff of any condition or circumstance that may affect their ability to participate safely.
- Not participate while under the influence of alcohol, drugs, or any substance that may impair judgement or physical ability.
MG Kitesurf Dakhla may refuse or stop participation if a participant is considered unable or unwilling to follow safety instructions.
7. Equipment
Where equipment is provided or rented, customers are responsible for using the equipment carefully and in accordance with the instructions provided by MG Kitesurf Dakhla.
Customers may be responsible for damage, loss, or misuse of equipment caused by negligence, intentional misuse, or failure to follow instructions.
Normal wear and tear will not be considered customer damage.

Schedules and itineraries may be changed due to weather, road conditions, operational requirements, safety considerations, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions excludes or limits liability where such exclusion or limitation is not permitted under applicable Moroccan law.
